Welcome to Nocturne. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nocturne website and the purchase of tickets to our events. By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nocturne is presented by Event Society Pty Ltd.
01.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending a Nocturne event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Ticket Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase tickets.
02.
ELIGIBILITY
Nocturne is an 18+ event.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you will be at least 18 years of age on the date of the event. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry.
03.
TICKET SALES
All tickets are sold through Eventbrite, our authorised ticketing partner.
Ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue unless otherwise stated.
All ticket purchases are subject to our Ticket Policy.
04.
EVENT CHANGES
While every effort will be made to deliver the event as advertised, Event Society reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary. This may include changes to:
Event schedules
Entertainment or performers
Menus
Venue styling
Activities
Event programming
Venue
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
05.
EVENT CANCELLATION
If Nocturne is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be managed in accordance with our Ticket Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
06.
GUEST CONDUCT
We are committed to creating an immersive, welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
By attending Nocturne you agree to:
Treat fellow guests, performers and staff with courtesy and respect.
Follow all reasonable directions from venue staff and event personnel.
Consume alcohol responsibly.
Comply with all venue safety requirements.
Event Society reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful or negatively impacts the experience of others.
No refunds will be provided where entry is refused or a guest is removed for inappropriate behaviour.
07.
COSTUMES
Costumes are warmly encouraged as part of the Nocturne experience.
However, costumes and accessories must not create a safety risk or interfere with the enjoyment of other guests.
Weapons, realistic replica weapons, hazardous props or any prohibited items may not be brought into the venue. Event staff reserve the right to determine whether an item is suitable.
08.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Alcohol will be served in accordance with Queensland liquor licensing laws.
Guests who are intoxicated may be refused service or removed from the event without refund.
09.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Nocturne may be photographed or filmed throughout the event.
By attending, you acknowledge that photographs, video or audio recordings containing your likeness may be used by Event Society for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes without further notice or compensation.
If you have accessibility or privacy concerns, please speak with our event team prior to or during the event.
10.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, artwork, branding, graphics, logos, photography and event concepts, is owned by or licensed to Event Society Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:
Use this website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
Misrepresent your identity when interacting with us.
